Your New Role
As the IT Systems Analyst, you'll work across infrastructure, SQL and a highly customised ERP platform in a varied, hands-on role.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Windows Server and core infrastructure environments
• Investigating and resolving SQL issues, including stored procedures
• Maintaining and enhancing a highly customised legacy ERP system
• Assisting with system integration projects across Australia and New Zealand
• Contributing to future systems improvements and ERP transformation initiatives

This role offers a mix of operational support, technical troubleshooting and project work, providing excellent scope for professional growth and development.
What You'll Need to Succeed

• Strong experience supporting Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure technologies
• SQL skills, including querying, troubleshooting and stored procedures
• Experience supporting ERP or business-critical applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Experience within SME or mid-market environments is highly desirable
