Experienced System Administrator required to support and maintain enterprise hybrid IT infrastructure. Your new role As an experienced System Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for installation, configuration, monitoring, and operational maintenance to ensure reliable service delivery across hybrid environments.Working under general direction, you will also act as a Level 2/3 escalation point, helping to troubleshoot complex issues, support system integrations, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, development, installation and configuration of IT infrastructure
Maintain and support corporate computing environments, including hardware, software, and applications
Monitor system performance and ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs
Follow and implement change control processes, documenting all changes accurately.
Investigate incidents and problems, including minor security issues, and contribute to their resolution
Administer system configurations, releases, and deployments
Perform backup and recovery procedures and ensure data integrity
Provide technical advice and guidance to internal users and stakeholders
Collaborate with IT operations teams as a key Level 2/3 escalation point
Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure, processes, and service delivery
What you'll need to succeed You will bring demonstrated experience supporting enterprise IT environments, with strong troubleshooting capabilities and attention to operational governance processes.Technical Skills & Experience:
Active Directory & Microsoft Entra administration
Microsoft 365 suite
Hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud) including Azure, AWS, or OCI
Experience working within change control frameworks
Ability to document technical processes and changes clearly
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive approach to system monitoring and performance optimisation
