Systems Support Officer | Permanent Position

Your new role This is a broad and hands-on IT and Digital Systems role that sits across technology support, CRM management, and web and digital platforms.
Working closely with the Head of Operations and Technology, you will support the day-to-day running and ongoing improvement of the organisation's core systems, including its CRM, website, and digital communication tools. The role includes user support, but also offers strong exposure to systems, data, and digital platforms, making it ideal for someone early in their career looking to build a well-rounded skillset.
You will help keep systems accurate, up to date, and running smoothly, while also supporting digital campaigns, member communications, and online services.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing first-line support for staff across business systems and applications Supporting and maintaining CRM systems, including data updates and basic reporting Updating website content and ensuring information remains accurate and user-friendly Assisting with EDM campaigns, including content updates and distribution Supporting webinars and online content delivery Assisting with mailing lists and system data accuracy Supporting reporting and insights across digital platforms Contributing to system improvements and process updates over time Assisting with general IT and digital projects as required What you'll need to succeed You will be someone who enjoys working across a mix of technology, systems, and digital platforms, and is keen to learn and develop your skills further.
You may already have some experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar environment, but just as important is your attitude and willingness to learn.
You will bring:
Some experience in IT support, helpdesk, or working with business systems An interest in CRM systems, websites, or digital platforms Basic understanding of IT systems and applications Familiarity with Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a teamDesirable but not essential:
Exposure to CRM systems or website content management Basic HTML or CSS knowledge - Experience with EDMs or marketing platforms
