You'll be joining a well-established MSP based in Sydney, delivering end-to-end IT services across support, projects, and change management. As the Level 2 Engineer /Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of a technical support and project-focused team, ensuring consistent service delivery, strong team performance, and high client satisfaction.
This role is open to:

Experienced Level 2 Engineers who are ready to take the next step into leadership and are motivated to mentor others

Senior Engineers with proven experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating technical teams in an MSP environment.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience working within an MSP environment (Level 2, Senior Engineer, or Team Lead background)

Strong technical capability across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and endpoint management

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, DNS, DHCP, switching, VPNs)

Exposure to RMM/PSA platforms (ConnectWise highly regarded)

Experience supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions (Acronis preferred)

A clear interest in mentoring, supporting, and developing other engineers

Confident communication skills with both technical teams and clients

Understanding of ITIL practices, particularly incident, problem, and change management
