Set over three levels, Jacksons on George features a modern, sophisticated public bar on the ground floor, a classic bistro on level 1 and a sun-drenched rooftop and cocktail bar. This new generation pub and flagship Sydney venue will deliver a consistently activated series of spaces, with unique offerings that evolve throughout the day, providing a remarkable dining and drinking cultural journey. Jacksons will bring together contemporary, cutting-edge music, art, food and beverage, fashion and architecture.

The Positions

We are seeking skilled and seasoned Front of House professionals to join our dynamic Bistro team in our new venue located in the Sydney CBD. We have exciting roles available for a number of Section Waiters . As part of the Bistro George team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of Sydney's most exceptional hospitality talent. We are looking for individuals who are experienced, passionate and dedicated to delivering outstanding service. The Skills Required

Previous customer facing experience in a hatted restaurant or similar.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

A genuine interest in food and creating memorable dining experiences.

A proven ability to work as a part of a large team of staff, made up of section waiters, food runners and cocktail bartenders.

A solid understanding in styles/properties of food and wine.
