Jig Setter / Production Worker / Factory Hand

RBRT is looking for several production and manufacturing workers to join our team with immediate starts available. We are offering fulltime positions across multiple manufacturing areas. The purpose of the position is to assist with the manufacture and assembly of Posi Strut floor systems, trusses, and frames with room growth across all assembly areas.

• Day shift hours: Monday – Thursday 6am-2:30pm, Friday 6am-12pm (with possibility of overtime)

The ideal candidate would have the experience with the following:

• Previous experience in a similar work environment
• Forklift license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experienced with the use of power tools
• Posistrut floors / floor trusses
• Carpenter or labourer
• Aptitude for construction or manufacturing work
• Ability to accurately use, read and interpret measuring equipment
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively while unsupervised and as a team member
• Understanding of operational requirements of plant and equipment
