Job Description - Job ID -169 Welder

Job Description

  • Examine blue prints and drawings and take or read measurements for layouts and procedures
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications ( ex: cut material with power saw to match measurements)
  • Operate angle grinder to prepare parts that must be welded, and align components using calipers, rulers, and clamp pieces

    • Qualifications:

    A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required. Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
  • Must be English Medium Level Language. Must be physically fit to work and willing to work in long hours if needed.

    • Additional Information:

  • Weld components using manual or semiautomatic equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)
