• Store Manager – Lead the team, drive performance, and create an incredible in-store experience.
• Assistant Store Manager – Support operations, coach the team, and bring our brand to life every day.
• Store Lead – Keep the floor running smoothly and inspire the team to deliver next-level service.
• Product Guides – Be the face of Arc’teryx, sharing your knowledge and passion with our community.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong retail experience (outdoor, fashion, or premium brands a plus!)
• Leadership skills—whether you're leading a team or leading by example
• A passion for the outdoors and a love for connecting with people
• The ability to create an engaging and welcoming store environment
