Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort, part of the Accor group, is gearing up for an exciting Q4 2025 relaunch following a multi‑million‑dollar transformation that will set a bold new benchmark for luxury on the Sunshine Coast. From reimagined guest rooms to striking public spaces and Noosa’s hottest new dining and drinking destination, every detail is crafted to impress.

We will have multiple roles available across the following departments: 

• Front Office – Reservations, Concierge, VIP (Butlers) 

• Food & Beverage – Restaurant, Pool and Bar 

• Chefs & Stewards  

• Housekeeping 

Opportunities are available on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis. Hourly rates and salaries according to HIGA rates. Penalties apply on weekends and public holidays. 

Our future Ambassadors will have: 

• Passion for hospitality and delivering luxury guest experiences that leave everyone coming back for more 

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) 

• Got a second language up your sleeve? That’s a major bonus! 

• Eligibility to work in Australia (citizenship, residency, or valid working visa) 

• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays  

• Professional presentation and a positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude
