Junior Accounts Clerk

JUNIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK - WOLLONGONG OFFICE

RMB Lawyers, a substantial regionally based law firm with 18 offices, has a full- time opportunity (or part-time for the right applicant) for a Junior Accounts Clerk to join our Accounts Team at the Wollongong office, starting in January 2025.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accounts Clerk who has prior experience in a similar role or exposure to accounting systems.  Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily accounts receivable and payable tasks.
• Processing invoices and reconciling client trust accounts.
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports.
• Liaising with team members and clients regarding account inquiries.
• Banking, petty cash reconciliation, filing and other admin tasks.
