About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the integrity of the accounts payable process and systems.

The role includes:

• Processing payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining high standard relationships with local vendors and internal departments
• Setting up new suppliers 
• Creating fixed asset register 
• Sending remittance advices and perform statement reconciliations
• Delivering accurate and timely month-end processes and in accordance with company standards.

The role will also incorporate some Accounts Receivable responsibilities as required.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Business
• 1-3 years Previous experience in accounts payable is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to report to and manage multiple key stakeholders.
