The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Wollongong office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a busy team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. No experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training.
You'll provide essential administrative support across the office, including client onboarding, document management, and general office coordination. The role also includes some reception duties such as greeting clients and managing calls.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with client onboarding and maintain accurate database records
Prepare and manage documentation for internal processes
Coordinate office supplies and maintain an organised workspace
Provide general administrative support to the Wollongong team
Reception duties including greeting clients and answering calls when required
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
About You
No experience required - full on-the-job training provided.
Eager to learn and grow within the administration field.
Holds, or is currently completing, a Certificate III/IV in Business or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Displays a proactive and professional approach to client service.
Positive attitude and willingness to support a close-knit team.
Recent school leavers who are motivated to kick-start their career are strongly encouraged to apply.
