About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Junior Admin Clerk to join our team in Warwick Farm working in our Pre-Delivery Department.
As an Admin Clerk, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.
Responsibilities :
Answering the phone and responding to basic customer enquiries; Attending and assisting with reception duties; Providing assistance with filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry; Maintaining the office including general tidying and maintenance; Other similar duties to support the administration team as required Requirements for the role will involve the following:
Full work rights in Australia An ability to engage with and provide excellent customer service to our clients. Basic Microsoft Office computer skills with a willingness to improve and learn on this skillset. A willingness to learn our processes and procedures, and company systems. An ability to organise and prioritise your daily tasks. A willingness to help your teammates and work as part of a close-knit team.
