Junior / Assistant Property Manager - Urgent Role

The role:
Due to the growth of our rent roll, we require an Assistant/Junior Property Manager to join our team. Working across a range of different tasks, we are very focused on good communication with both Landlords and Tenants.

Tasks would include:

• Client liaison and communication via phone and email
• Entry and Exit Condition Reports 
• Routine Inspections
• Invoicing, Maintenance orders/follow up
• Use of Property Me software 
• Use of IRE & KeyTracker

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

The ideal candidate will desire a long-term career in real estate. A current drivers license is required.
