About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Junior Client Funding Operations Specialist to support our daily funding operations and ensure accuracy across financial processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our client funding activities, with responsibilities spanning daily reviews, data reconciliation, risk analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily funding reviews and process transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform data reconciliation and generate internal and external reports.
• Collate and analyze operational statistics.
• Identify, investigate, and report on abnormal funding issues or discrepancies.
• Support risk analysis from a funding operations perspective.
• Process client cases and maintain accurate documentation.

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information.
• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to exhibit patience while performing repetitive tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy amidst multitasking.
• Quick learner, capable of rapidly assimilating new information and applying it effectively.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being especially beneficial.
