Junior Content Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior Content Scheduler with a love for digital content and design to join our growing team. As a key member of our content scheduling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of pixel-perfect client content using proprietary tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and deliver content across various platforms based on provided guides and timelines.


• Utilise proprietary CMS and scheduling tools to manage content efficiently.


• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and developers to ensure seamless content execution.


• Conduct thorough testing of scheduled content to ensure it displays correctly across all devices and platforms.


• Provide timely and effective Level 2 content support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.


• Maintain thorough and accurate records of content launches and updates.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


• Proficient in using web-based tools and content management systems.
