Junior Customer Service / Admin

Mitronics Corporation is one of Australia's largest brand-independent office technology providers. This full-time role is perfect for recent high school graduates or those starting their careers. 

We are currently seeking a Junior Customer Service / Admin to join our team at our Head Office in West Ryde. You will be assisting and directing our clients over the phone with any technology issues. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service role would be preferable
• Must have excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Excellent phone manners and communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Capable of multitasking while still maintaining sharp focus

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Answering inbound calls and online inquiries
• Communicating with customers regarding service issues
• Manage daily workflow to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer satisfaction
• Scheduling jobs and organizing our technicians using trade specific software
• Support and assist in general administrative tasks as required

Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm
