Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior project managers in planning, organising, and executing fire protection projects.
• Liaise with field staff for technical assistance
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• A willingness to learn the systems and processes to complete the above responsibilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the fire protection industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office software (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word).

Preferential Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the associated Australian Standards.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management are a plus.
