The Opportunity:
As part of our collaborative, creative, fun, and passionate marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Conceptualize and execute compelling designs for a variety of print and digital platforms, including ads, brand identities, menus, signage, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all touchpoints, while staying updated with the latest social trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media content, email campaigns, digital ads, print materials, and website assets.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns by translating marketing objectives into creative designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our creative assets.

 
What We're Looking For:

• A creative genius in the making with experience in graphic design, especially digital.
• A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with the marketing team and Lead Graphic Designer to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with our brand objectives.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in Premier Pro and CapCut necessary.
• The ability to produce high-quality digital assets for various platforms, including websites, EDMs, paid social, organic social, and digital signage.
• Agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• An exceptional eye for detail and design, with a passion for creating engaging and considered concepts that resonate with our target audience.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
• An understanding of the hospitality industry desirable.
