The Role

We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our Perth-based team, reporting to the HR Manager. This role is designed as a genuine development pathway. You'll build HR skills, business knowledge, and confidence needed to grow into a fully independent HR Business Partner over time, with hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and screening through to offer letters and onboarding


• Provide first-line advice to line managers on HR policies, processes, and modern award interpretation


• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new starters and departing employees


• Support delivery of the performance management cycle, tracking completion and assisting managers with process queries


• Maintain accurate HR records in BambooHR and support reporting requirements


• Build visible, trusted working relationships with line managers across the business


• Contribute to HR projects and Centre of Excellence initiatives 

What You'll Bring

• Prior experience in an HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or Recruitment role


• Working knowledge of Australian employment practices, including the Fair Work Act and modern awards (particularly the Professional Employees Award)


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Ability to manage competing priorities in a lean, fast-moving team
