  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures to ensure a safe workplace
  • Prepare, load, unload, and organise timber and joinery materials
  • Ensure daily and weekly maintenance programs set by Factory Foreman are carried out as required.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and prepare components for joinery manufacturing
  • Support day-to-day workshop operations through general labouring duties
  • Assist with custom and bespoke joinery tasks, handling materials with care and precision

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working as a labourer in a workshop, manufacturing, joinery, or similar environment (preferred)
  • Is comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery and can follow instructions accurately
  • Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety
  • Can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Has good communication and basic problem-solving skills
  • Understands, or is willing to learn, precise measurement using the metric system
  • Is physically fit, reliable, and capable of manual tasks
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a positive, safety-focused attitude

Licences & Requirements

  • White Card (Construction Induction) – required or willing to obtain
  • Forklift Licence (LF) – desirable but not essential
  • Manual handling / safe lifting training – desirable
  • Basic machine or workshop safety training (e.g. saws, sanders, joinery machinery) – desirable

What We Offer

  • Permanent full-time employment within the Joinery Division of a nationwide group
  • Monday to Friday work schedule supporting work–life balance
  • A professional, well-equipped workshop environment
  • Comprehensive training and development opportunities
  • Exposure to a wide variety of materials, including timber, steel, and glass
