Junior Marketing Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative Junior Marketing Coordinator with a passion for design and a strong background in social media and digital marketing. This position is ideal for a digital marketer who is adept at conceptualising and developing creative ideas, and who thrives in executing projects efficiently within specified design parameters and under tight time constraints. This is a permanent position is based at our North Ryde Head Office working 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday.

About the role:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will provide marketing support to drive opportunities through campaigns across multiple channels. Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager, Product team and Marketing team on the content of campaigns and assets.
• Support campaign development, internal campaign communication, brand building and social media management by preparing and managing in-store collateral across our network, EDMs, point-of-sale material.
• Provide ad hoc marketing admin assistance to the team as required.
• Explore marketing opportunities such as channel partnerships and collaborations, influencer strategies and a robust content creation plan.

About you: 

• Ideally, recently graduated or hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Work experience in marketing, social media, or digital merchandising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
