About the role:
We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our fun and supportive team at our Underwood pharmacy!

Full-time/Part-time Tuesday to Saturday Roster! Juniors and experienced pharmacy assistants are welcome to apply!

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service and complete register sales at the front of the pharmacy;
• Provide non-therapeutic advice and recommendations; 
• Work with the team to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services; 
• Manage and replenish stock;
• Assist with prescription procedures;
• Manage expectations of our valuable customers.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous retail and customer service experience;
• S2/S3 certificate is beneficial but not required;
• Eftpos, point of sale and cash handling experience essential;
• Strong communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
