THE EMPLOYER

This household name in the NSW landscape construction sector has landed a number of large-scale projects, enabling them to continue their sustained growth over the coming years.

They have a strong presence throughout Sydney and a phenomenal reputation for delivering highly demanding and challenging projects.

Their high-profile projects are between $1m – $5m and include the landscape packages on schools, hospitals, day cares, hotels, universities and public domain works.

You would be working with an array of long-standing clients, predominantly top-tier builders.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This organisation has set a true benchmark in the commercial landscaping sector, and this is your chance to put your stamp on their projects as a future Project Manager within their senior team.

You will work collaboratively with an established and proven Project Manager who will mentor you, you will inherit a trusted and passionate crew, and work closely with clients to bring their vision to life throughout the life cycle of the job.

THE NEW ROLE..

• Assist with program and schedule works
• Ordering materials and organising deliveries
• Resource management
• Delegate to Leading Hands / Site Managers
• Subcontractor management
• Cost tracking and forecasting
• Safety and compliance
• Quality assurance
• Liaise with clients
• Report into Project Managers

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience on commercial landscape projects
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (required)
• Relevant Tertiary qualification in construction (bonus)
• Drivers license
