The Role:
- Manage a small, local portfolio
- Receive comprehensive training and mentoring
- Ideal for those stepping up from a Property Officer or Leasing role
- Automatic arrears handling
- No routine inspections or leasing duties
- Daily portfolio management
- Communicate with tenants and landlords
- Monday to Friday, no weekends!
- Attractive KPI structure with potential earnings around $20k+ annually

The Candidate:
- Experience as a Property Officer or Leasing Consultant preferred
- Organized with keen attention to detail
- Must have a Certificate of Registration and Driver's Licence
- Ambitious and driven with a passion for real estate
- Team-oriented and supportive
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
