Qualifications & experience

Previous Real Estate experience at a similar level.

COR or Licence Class 2.

Excellent customer service & communication skills

High levels of professionalism

A valid drivers license and vehicle.

Experience working on PropertyMe software among other real estate platforms.

Tasks & responsibilities

Collaborate with the Senior Property Manager and oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio.
Manage and organise maintenance and repair tasks.
Oversee the onboarding process for new tenants.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure property compliance.
Follow up rent arrears and lease renewals.
