Junior Property Manager - Join a Market Leader

This role ideally suits an experienced individual to utilise their skills and knowledge to assist the Property Management Team with property management tasks & leasing with the goal to manage your own small portfolio.

You will be supported by a full time Accounts Manager, Marketing Team & Admin Support and will join a team of forward thinking, proficient and friendly individuals.

Role Summary:

• Leasing vacant properties with competitive commission structure
• Advertising of vacant properties
• Leasing & Rental Recommendations to team & clientele
• Assist Property Management team with day-to-day duties of their portfolio
• Open Homes & Private Inspections
• Processing Applications & Reference checks
• Ingoing & Routine inspections

Experience & Requirements

• Certificate of Registration or Licence - on the job fee free training provided
• Experience in real estate is preferred
• Superior level of customer service & problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• A genuine passion for property and people
• Exceptional attention to detail & time management
• The ability to work well as a team and autonomously
• Drivers Licence & Own Car
• Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu
