We have a dream role available for an Assistant/Junior Property Manager that is looking for a role where they are supported to excel!

Let's face it, many Property Managers are over worked and under appreciated for their work and many agencies do not provide the support to provide genuinely great customer service.... but not here!

 This agency is Property Management focused and all the senior management have walked in the Property Manager's shoes, so they know the challenges faced on a daily basis. 

The Role

• Manage a local portfolio (start small with experienced HOD support)
• Entry & Exit Condition Reports
• Routine Inspections
• Managing Maintenance
• Arrears Management

• Monday - Friday only
• WFH can be accommodated when training is complete
• Full Time Leasing Team to handle all opens & applications
• Dedicated BDM - no KPI's to bring on new managements
• Offshore VA support
• No trust accounting 
• No after hours calls - all contact through the office

Required 

• Minimum 6 months experience as an Assistant/Junior Property Manager
• VIC Agents Representative Certificate
• Valid Drivers Licence & Reliable Transport
• Highly organised and customer service driven
• Must be professionally presented
