About the Role A fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager looking for that career progression or perhaps you may feel stagnate in your current role. Ideal for a candidate who is after a small portfolio to run with but is after the right support and mentoring around them to succeed.
Duties including: - Respond to potential tenant enquiries via emails & phone calls
- Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
- Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
- Manage repairs
- Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
- Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports
Requirements: - Current Vic Driver License
- Current Agents Rep
- 6 months experience in real estate capacity
- Conflict Resolution
- Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- To work within a strong team based environment
