What you'll be doing:

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will help drive the growth of our aged‑care recruitment division by building a strong pipeline of quality candidates. Your day will be varied, fast‑paced, and rewarding. You will:

• Manage and maintain a vibrant candidate database

• Screen, interview, and match candidates to open roles

• Build your personal brand on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn & more)

• Source and engage new candidates who haven’t yet worked with Medacs AU

• Support the team with candidate placements, compliance, and travel bookings
