About you:
We are looking for the next generation in construction safety. To be successful in this position you’ll be highly motivated, adaptable and will thrive in building relationships with others. You will have safety at the forefront of your career aspirations and will have the core skills for implementing and managing safety and environmental processes on construction sites. Commercial construction experience or trade background with commercial building is preferred.
Based on site, you will work with a project team as a key part of the site team. You’ll be supported to grow and develop your career from your very first day with BADGE. You’ll need a sense of humour, a desire to follow our systems and procedures, and you should definitely bring a ‘can do’ attitude.
You must also be computer literate and have a good understanding of construction processes. A certificate or diploma in Work Health Safety would be advantageous and will be a qualification that you will need to obtain.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
You must be proactive and ready to jump in where necessary to ensure a tidy and safe site, this includes installing bunting, flagging, organising waste removal, sweeping / cleaning site, etc.
