About the Role

Based in Marrickville, Sydney we are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in the commercial window furnishings industry. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales through engaging with builders, architects and designers during the tender stages of commercial projects, take the lead role in the day-to-day management of projects from commencement to completion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engage with builders, architects or designers to understand their window furnishing needs and look for touch points for senior staff to engage with key stakeholders
• Harness a variety of outreach and engagement methods from networking, social media, email and phone calls to look for opportunities
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
• Support senior sales staff by scheduling appointments, preparing sales documentation, and following up on sales leads.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s product range, including features, benefits, and installation processes.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
• Follow up on existing quotes with clients to ensure a smooth sales process and address any concerns.
• Help manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and objectives.
