As our Junior Sous Chef in our Conference & Events team, reporting to the Chef de Cuisine Ben Lee, you will be a natural leader in the kitchen and bring the best out of the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of our guests ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen is consistent and delicious.
