Junior Web Content Assistant - Rewarding Work

4-DAY WEEK, FULL-TIME PERMANENT POSITION 

CostumeBox, Australia's ultimate destination for all things party, costumes, and fun, is recruiting a Junior Web Content Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have the creative flair of a Hogwarts student, the attention to detail of Sherlock Holmes, and the enthusiasm of a Disney character, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities include:

• Write and maintain content for all products and collections on the site, ensuring they are creative, accurate, and optimised for customers, search engines and marketplaces. 
• Regular auditing of our website content, products and collections.
• Assist the customer service team in resolving content-related customer issues.
• Weekly reporting on customer search behaviour to gain an understanding of keyword queries and update products to drive conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure web content aligns with brand messaging, promotions and company objectives.
• Occasional contribution to other web-related content as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar.
• An eagle eye for detail.
• An understanding of SEO practices and principles.
• Basic HTML text formatting knowledge.
• Photoshop/image retouching (a plus, but not essential – we can teach you).
• Familiarity with AI tools.

This is an exciting entry-level position with great scope for career development.  We operate within a fully remote working environment and successful applicants must be willing and able to work from home effectively. Our permanent staff work a 36-hour, 4-day week.
