Job Description - Key Account Executive, On Premise

About The Role

We are looking for a  high energy, hands‑on, field‑based Key Account Executive who loves hospitality, wine and winning new business.


 


Based in Sydney, you’ll play a critical role in expanding Vinarchy’s on-premise footprint by hunting new venues while supporting Key Account Managers to grow existing priority accounts.


 


Sydney is our largest and most important on-premise market, and this newly created role is designed to support continued growth.


 

Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively hunt and win new On Premise customers across Sydney

  • Target restaurants, bars, wine venues and hospitality groups

  • Build listings, by‑the‑glass placements and rate of sale in new accounts

  • Support Key Account Managers with activations, menu placements and portfolio growth

  • Deliver venue‑level execution, tastings and wine education

  • Build strong relationships with sommeliers, venue owners and bar managers

  • Maintain disciplined territory planning and prospecting activity


 

About Your Experience

You’re a proactive, resilient self‑starter who thrives in the field and enjoys opening doors.


 


You’ll bring:



  • 1–3 years' experience in On Premise, Liquor, Hospitality or FMCG sales.

  • A genuine passion for wine and the On-Premise channel - confidence calling on on-premise customers and prospects

  • Strong wine knowledge (WSET Level 2 highly regarded)

  • Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results.

  • Strong prospecting, selling and relationship‑building skills

  • High energy, organisation and a solutions‑focused mindset
