KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Positive Work Culture

• Salary - $90k + Super + $30k+ commissions

The Company:

• Premier Pet is one of Australian’s leading suppliers to pet and aquarium shops
• This growing importer and national distributor of 
  • live fish, 
  • aquarium products,
  • pet products
• We are looking to appoint an experienced Key Account Executive to manage our major accounts of pet store chains, buying groups and large online stores.

The Role:

• You will report to and work with the Sales Manager 
• You will manage and be responsible for the Account management role of the business to the pet shop chains, buying groups and large online stores 
• This is a hands-on sales role
• Talking and communicating with the chain store head office to manage and increase ranging and market share is a major part of the role
• Visiting individual stores that form part of the Key Account store network is a part of the role
• The successful candidate will also provide analysis and strategic advice on sales performance and business objectives and provide recommendations for optimising profitable business performance and opportunities
• As this is a national role, there will be some travel, but the role is primarily office-based in Narangba. 

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally you enjoy keeping pets and/or aquarium fish and also have had experience in sales roles and managing accounts and customers.  This role is for someone who is looking to further their career within a growing and interesting work environment. 

Experience in the management of major customer accounts in a distribution-type business is very highly regarded.  Make no mistake, we want someone who lives and breathes sales numbers and customer satisfaction.
