Master's degree in business administration, Master of Science, or similar. 7-10 years in relationship sales in ICT industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for solving complex problems. Proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultures as part of a global team. Skilled in leading change and driving collaboration within and beyond the sales team. Strong financial insight coupled with a creative, innovative approach to business challenges. Excellent presentation & communication skills (oral and written). Excellent social & interpersonal skills to build impactful relationships. Responsive and proactive, with a drive to deliver results.
