The contribution you will bring to this role: 


As Key Account Manager for Queensland, you will stay connected with boots on the ground visiting sites across the state. Whether you are replenishing stock or troubleshooting on the go, you will serve clients such as Tier 1 miners, large manufactures & warehousing, health providers and local safety retailers.  


About the team: 


As a member of our Sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. Our sales team is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring that we deliver the best possible outcomes for our partners and customers. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you’ll be part of a team that is recognized for its commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach. What you will do at Justrite: 



  • Be the face of Global Spill Control across from Townsville, Mount Isa, Bowen Basin, suburban and regional QLD. 

  • Build and nurture relationships with safety officers, procurement teams, and site/store managers. 

  • Manage restocking visits and proactively identify sales and service opportunities. 

  • Report directly to the Sales Manager - Queensland. 


Your skills and expertise: 


To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:  


Basic Qualifications 



  • Industrial sales experience, ideally with safety, environmental, or technical products. 



  • A confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable in both one-on-one and presentation settings. 



  • A self-starter mindset - resourceful, proactive, inquisitive, and ready to ask the extra questions to uncover needs. 



  • Exceptional customer service instincts with strong accountability, initiative, and hands-on problem-solving.   


Compensation: 


The compensation will be commensurate with experience.  Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets. At Justrite, we have an annual evaluation system that supports professional and financial growth based on achieved results and objectives.
