Job Description - Key Account Manager

What's so exciting about this role?

Join a high-impact team where you’ll own and grow a defined portfolio of Tier 2 accounts across Victoria, through account management and business development. With full lifecycle ownership, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue, profitability and compliance, supported by a cross-functional team that enables strong, relationship-led results.

What Does An Average Day Look Like?

No day is average at humm but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

  • Build and grow relationships with franchise and retail partners to expand market share
  • Deliver exceptional face-to-face account management, including support, training and tailored solutions
  • Identify and drive additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies aligned to growth objectives
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver campaigns and initiatives on time and maximise ROI

This role will suit a results-oriented professional who excels in nurturing and growing existing business relationships.

We’re also looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven B2B or B2B2C face-to-face account management experience (franchise/retail highly regarded)
  • Highly autonomous and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth within accounts
  • Excellent relationship building, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Numerically strong, detail-oriented and confident using CRM/Microsoft tools
