About the Role:
  
Stellar Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to Manage and Develop Key Accounts within the organisation. This position is located in Perth, WA.
  
Tasks and Responsibilities  
  • Establish and maintain an effective customer management plan that includes a formalised review structure and business plan for each assigned client
  • Develop new business opportunities and continually seek to expand clients share of our customer's business
  • Work pro-actively with their assigned key accounts to improve our customer's awareness of 'Value Add's'
  • Assemble rate proposals and support Tender Management for all assigned key customers
  • Maintain customer rate cards and organisational information in CargoWise One (CW1)
  • Support operational stakeholders in developing IOP's & SOP's through your sound knowledge of customer requirements
  • Conduct customer visits & arrange monthly and/or quarterly business reviews
  • Engage with Senior Management and key stakeholders to ensure best-in-class customer service
  • Maintain meaningful, transparent relationships with customers across multiple levels
  • Identify, research, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve customer issues
Administration 
  • Assist with the account implementation along with the Manager.
  • Ensure data is accurately recorded in company databases and systems (CargoWise and Dynamics).
  • Ensures all quotations are created in CargoWise and Client rates are managed for auto rating.
  • Report and analyse business results and targets/KPI.
  • Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date.
  • Follow the Commercial Blueprint at all times.
  • Support the Manager as and when required
Skills & Experience:
  
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding sales and Account Management/Customer Care
  • Experience in managing and developing key Accounts
  • Must possess minimum of 2 years of customer care experience
