About the opportunity

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will lead the approved kindergarten program, delivering play-based learning experiences that ignite curiosity and prepare children for school transition. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to the service's culture of continuous improvement.

This role focuses on supporting the vital developmental milestones of 4-5 year olds, including early literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skills, self-regulation, and resilience. Your curriculum will bridge kindergarten and school readiness, ensuring children enter formal schooling confident, curious, and capable.

What you bring

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
• Ideally 12+ months of experience in a Kindergarten Teacher/ECT role in Australia
• Confidence in leading educational programs, engaging families, and mentoring colleagues
• Availability for full-time or part-time hours, with flexibility across rosters
