Ibis Perth is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our vibrant kitchen team on a casual basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with shifts ranging between 6 to 12 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required

• Ensure dishwashing areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked

• Dispose of rubbish and maintain hygiene standards in accordance with WHS guidelines

• Support the wider team with general kitchen duties

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Previous experience in a kitchen or similar environment (preferred but not essential)
