The recently redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort sits on the pristine shores of Coral Bay, a gateway to the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine Park. Featuring 90 modern units, a resort-style pool, ocean-view dining, a contemporary clubhouse, and sustainable features like solar power and EV charging, it offers an unparalleled coastal experience.

Ahead of our grand reopening in mid-2026, we’re seeking reliable and hardworking full-time & casual Kitchen Hands to support our culinary team with cleaning, food prep, and daily kitchen operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on hospitality experience while working in a spectacular coastal environment.

What will you be doing?

• Complete daily cleaning duties across kitchen and food preparation areas.

• Operate dishwashers and maintain crockery, glassware, and equipment.

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and organisation.

• Keep pantry and storage areas clean, tidy, and stocked.

• Conduct deep cleaning of ovens, grills, and kitchen equipment.

• Safely handle chemicals and follow the Food Safety Program.

• Support smooth daily kitchen operations as part of the wider team.

What are we looking for in you?

• Previous experience in kitchens, hotels, or hospitality roles desirable.

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safe work practices.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

• Food Safety Certificate required.
