Duties & Responsibilities

The role will include, but is not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom and via phone and web leads
• Conducting showroom tours to identify customers' needs and wants in their new space, including product selection and colour consultation
• Manage the appointment calendar, for both showroom tour bookings and design appointments 
• Oversee marketing, advertising and social media for the business
• Maintain showroom and general housekeeping

Skills & Requirements

The person we are seeking must meet the following requirements:

• Ability to build a good rapport with customers, offering exceptional customer service every time
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in the kitchen industry highly regarded but not essential
• Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Special interest in interior design and decoration highly regarded
• Marketing, social media and advertising skills a bonus

This role is full time, requiring 5 days per week including Saturdays. We can be somewhat flexible on which RDO you prefer off Monday to Friday.
