Your new role
As a KYC Quality Control Analyst, you will join the global banking front office KYC division and help ensure the organisation continues to meet its regulatory obligations across AML/CTF, sanctions, and internal KYC policies.• Conduct end to end quality checks on KYC files submitted by analysts on corporate and institutional entities
• Verify accuracy of customer data, including legal entities, beneficial ownership, authorised signatories, and registration details
• Ensure appropriate CDD/EDD risk classification
• Review files against AML/CFT regulations, sanctions guidance, and internal program requirements
• Assess risk across high risk jurisdictions, industries, PEPs, and complex global structures
• Prepare clear, detailed feedback and maintain thorough audit trails
• Identify error trends and contribute to process improvements
• Support QC leadership with daily workflow management, training, and operational efficiency

What you'll need to succeed
• 3+ years' experience in compliance, banking, consultancy, or a regulatory field
• KYC Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience of multi-layered KYC and complex entities for KYC Periodic reviews/Client Onboarding
• Strong understanding of financial business structures and market environments
• Excellent research and analytical capability
• Strong communication skills
• A proactive, self driven approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
