Our client is an IT Managed Services Company and has been operational for over 20 years. They have been working with medium and large corporate and government clients and due to expansion and growth, they are seeking a Helpdesk /Desktop Support Technician to join their growing team, this role provides extensive variety and career progression.
As part of the technical team, you will troubleshoot all level 1 and some level 2 helpdesk/desktop support issues. You will work as part of the wider technical team to assist with troubleshooting technical issues and have the opportunity to grow your skills.
You will be based at a dedicated client site throughout the week as part of the technical team and be supporting the client environment.
To be successful you will have experience with the following:
The successful candidate must be well-presented, have excellent communication and written skills, and be customer-centric. A driver's license and a car are required. Must hold permanent work rights to work in Australia or will not be considered.
