Responsibilities:

As a Surveyor at Oracle Surveys, you will play a vital role in our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting precise surveys and measurements on construction sites and other developments

-  Completing other works in other sectors as required. EG 3D laser scanning, lease plans, service pegging, land development projects etc.

- Observing and adjusting rigorous control networks.

- Conducting monitoring surveys at extremely high accuracies.

- Utilising your expertise in Liscad and AutoCAD/Bricscad software to process and analyze survey data.

- Providing accurate documentation/drawings and reports to clients.

- Attending site meetings to provide project status, liaise with other building professional

- Mentoring younger surveyors & client liaison

- Use of P30 and RTC laser scanners

- Collaborating with project teams to ensure the smooth execution of surveys.

- Effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders, both written and verbally.

- Maintaining a client-centric attitude and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Working in a safe manner and abiding by OHSE plans

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Proven experience as a Surveyor in a similar business or wishing to take the next step up.

- Be able to work autonomously and also part of a team

- Proficiency in Liscad and Bricscad software for data processing and analysis.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to 3D laser scanning and processing is highly regarded.

- Liaise with clients and other consultants and provide leadership.
