About the Role

Working alongside an experienced Estate Manager, you will learn from the ground up how to transact in the Land industry, learn about the buying demographic, how to market and promote and develop business. The role requires weekend work and a strong desire to learn. 

This is a Sales Cadet position with a focus on learning and development for those wanting to start their career in Real Estate Sales.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practise
• Previous experience in a client facing role preferred e.g. retail, hospitality
• A passion for customer service and a career in Real Estate with desire to progress to a Estate Sales Consultant position
• A high level of personal presentation
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
