Job Description

The Company:
This diversified property company is known for delivering high quality residential communities, apartments, townhouses, retail and commercial developments. With a proud history of innovative and successful developments, they continue to deliver amazing projects across multiple market sectors.

The Role:
As the sole sales consultant, you will take control of this nationally recognised masterplanned community only 12klm from the CBD. This is a diverse project that consists of flat and sloping sites between 400sqm-1000sqmm and future stages that include acreage sites.
  
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Meeting or exceeding sales and settlement targets.
• Facilitating sales contracts with prospective purchasers.
• Managing and maintaining the onsite sales office.
• Providing input to sales and marketing to help direct the strategy.
• Sourcing, developing and maintaining long term relationships with project home builders and real estate agencies.
• Working with builders to develop appropriate house and land package outcomes.
• Regular analysis of competitor projects and re-sales within the established development.

  
This position is for an established and experienced off the plan sales consultant, looking for a long-term project to help shape and control. Commissions will be paid 50% at conditional and 50% on settlement for FY25. An opportunity like this is not to be missed!!!!
