Job Description - Landscape Supervisor (Commercial and Residential)

Are you an experienced Landscape Supervisor or a skilled landscaper ready to step up into a leadership role? We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team and take charge of commercial and some high -end residential projects across the greater Brisbane region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing on -site landscaping projects from start to finish, including commercial streetscapes, warehouse/townhouse and some high end residential
Managing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
Handling project logistics, including material orders and site operations
Liaising with clients and ensuring high -quality project outcomes
Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in landscape construction – either as a supervisor or a skilled landscaper ready for the next step
Cert III in Landscaping (preferred), or strong hands -on experience
White Card (essential)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem -solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion
